Is humanity progressing or deteriorating?
Depends on how you look at it, in other words, your perspective.
If your mind gets clouded with all the wars, the media and its false propaganda, the political power games and the selfish contracts getting signed, it's understandable to think it as deteriorating.
But, if you consider the technological breakthroughs, the new brilliant medical treatments and medicines, the updated construction ways and the advanced 3D printing, and a lot more developments for the welfare of mankind, you'd take a step back and think about it again.
Humanity can't progress without deteriorating, and the opposite is correct. It's a matter of balance and perspective.
In other words, progression and deteroriation do not share an inverse relationship, but a parallel one.
