Do not give up. You can't. And again it really depends on what the situation is, because idk how bad "nothing I can do to change" is.. But you need to hold on, and don't bottle it up or it'll become worse. And don't take it out on yourself please. x
What's the best way to deal with family problems?
Well, it always depends on how serious the situation is, and what's going on. Is it them bugging you and you're sick of it? Or is it a personal problem that everyone is bothered about?
If it's them to you, if there's one family member not doing anything to you, I suggest you talk to them about the problem. You should try also to talk to the people causing the problem, show them you're not happy, even if it's scary. I know how it feels. Talk to friends, they'll keep you company through tough times. Talk to anyone. Anybody makes a difference.
If it's a personal issue causing drama or pain, give it time. You can't rush pain. Just support everybody involved, including yourself and make sure you all know that it does get better, there's no time limit to how long something lasts. You need to be patient.
With either; Do not let it eat you. Don't let whatever is happening break you so much you lose hope in anything, because that's the worst thing to do. You have to believe things get better because they do. And you need to tell someone so that you have support.
Stay strong, keep your head up high and Keep Smiling. :)

I think, this is for EVERYONE, you just need to be strong. The way I go about it is that not everyone is going to like you or the things you like. It's obvious. But you don't have to listen to them. People let their guard down and it ends up so bad that they don't have the strength to pull it back up. I don't listen to negativity, because all I want to be is happy and that's what I am when I do what IIIII want. You shouldn't be closed off from the world, especially if you're in a fragile state that's the worst thing you could do. Be open and realise that there IS someone who can help, you just have to find them. And as for the pain, who said there was a time limit? We don't know, you just have to hang on. And trust me, once the pain is over (and I don't mean once you're gone from the world) everything feels so much better. If you leave the world, you create more pain, not relief, for ANYONE.
