Ahhh this old chestnut. If we're going to be truthful I'm not too fond of them. Things have happened and have been said which is why that is. Not going into detail because I'll get shit for it, which I don't want because it's not worth it. It's more of the no respect factor. What advice would you give to someone who's feeling down or upset ?
SMILE. Even if it feels fake. Wear bright colours, listen to up beat music, do/play/eat something you love, sleep for a little bit, hug somebody, talk to someone, go outside, read a book, isolate yourself from the bad for a bit :)
