I'm really nervous kasi I'm supposed to be a graduating student na next school yr tapos biglang transfer sa DLSU. Dami nagdidiscourage sa akin na lumipat, but idc kasi it's rly my dream school. But the nerves are starting to kick in O.O

What's your former school ba? And what's your course now? Anyway don't mind them, I'm sure they're just assessing the situation in their point of view, but still you're the one whose future depends on it! So go for what you really want! :) It's normal to be nervous, but when school starts that'll gradually turn into excitement! Just enjoy yourself lang!
Oh and btw we're using a trimestral system so sobrang bilis ng mga terms, if you're not used to that medyo maninibago ka. But as you stay longer in DLSU you'll get the hang of it :-)

Hi! I'am transferring @ DLSU this coming May, tbh, I'm really nervous. I should've done this a long time ago, but I only got the go signal from my parents recently. Any tips/advice? DLSU is my dream school, but I'm really nervous and scared especially since I'm only a transferee :/

La Sallians are very friendly, so you don't need to worry! You'll be fine! Tips regarding what ba? School? Or how to make friends? Eitherway I think the thrill is to figure it out yourself! Diba that'd be more fun! :-) Just be yourself lang! :-)

What trait do you hate the most in a person?

I rarely hate people, tbh. I only hate someone (and passionately at that, i must say) when he/she did something wrong to me. Rather than 'hate', it's more like, I dont associate myself with people who are close-minded. That's the trait that pisses me off the most

how can you stop yourself from falling in love with the wrong people? the ones you know that are bad for you.

Well that's the thing. You can't. He (or she) can be the worst person in the whole world and yet you could still be heels over head crazy for him. That's the catch of falling in love, the bad doesn't seem as bad in your eyes. But, even if I say that you can't restrict yourself from falling in love with such person, you can still choose not to be with that person. You just gotta follow your mind, not your heart.

hello wency, this might be random but aren't you afraid of your relationships failing? kasi ako every time i'm in a relationship lagi ako napaparanoid and usually nageend up tuloy na nawawala yung trust ko sa boyfriend ko :( i just need an advice :(

Of course I'm also afraid! Such thing as a relationship is always uncertain (since there are two sides involved, you'll never know when your partner will give up on you because that is in his/her hands), but I don't dwell with that thought. Even if I know there will always be a possibility of that occurring, I still pray to the very God that put us together that I will not wake up one day and experience it. In other words, I hope with all my heart and trust my partner that he will not do such a thing to me, because that's all there is to do. So my dear, you just gotta do the same. I know it's scary to put such an important thing as trust in the hands of another person, but when it comes to getting into relationships you just need to for it to work out. Even if you are afraid, you should not let that fear take over. Instead, enjoy the ride while you're at it.
I'd like to share to you an excerpt from one of my favorite spoken word poetries, The Type by Sarah Kay: "Do not spend time wondering if you are the type of woman men will hurt. If he leaves you with the car-alarm heart, you learn to sing along."
So yes, you just gotta hum with the uncertainty, my dear.
