Do you have any plugin recommendations or tips to mixing vocals for electronic/techno music?
IDK what kind of mixing but if it's for effects----- YEEEE AUTOTUNE STUFF! 8'D IDK, but I'm a fan of synth-sounding voices so Autotune kinda does the job to a lot techno songs. I use Newtone for that. For others, they use Melodyne. Even though they're merely pitch-correction plug-ins, (meaning, they are used to correct pitches, and can be applicable to non-techno stuff) you can do some particular settings there to get that robotic-voice effect. Sounds smooth. And with it, I can have a lot more control with the vocal, and I have to choice to tune it manually, detail by detail.
For other stuff, Glitch! Especially when you wanna have some Glitching effects somewhere in the instrumentals. :D I can list a lot more, but it's actually up to you to experiment. It's not about the plugins themselves or the gears that you have, it's about how you actually fuck them up.

Talking to myself, especially when I need to analyze stuff. But it's a sign of a healthy mind so I keep that habit!
