i would say similar humour because interests can be shared and it's easier to get a friend to try a new hobby rather than trying to change what they find funny.

good work ethic, strong but gentle, good humour, good eater (if i'm slaving away over a hot stove that bitch better eat a lot), willing to ask for help when he needs it, able to provide the basics (luxuries are nice obviously but not necessary), intelligent, good role model for my future kids etc.

basic necessities and a little "treat yourself" money, investments if you're good with that stuff. otherwise you should save it for yourself and close ones later on in life.
