not entirely sure i have a set spiritual goal per se. i guess i should just set more time aside for being in nature and self reflection.

i don't think it changes your odds because if they are ugly but someone can look past that it means they have something else very attractive about them which i may or may not possess. depends on the situation.
What should a real man be able to do?
basic mechanics & basic carpentry skills at the very least. open my pickle jars for me. if i can kick his ass easily then he's not my boyfriend he's my girlfriend.

kinda super important. positivity is good in the right doses, too much & you get naive & careless which leads to being hurt.

Have you ever broken up with a friend ?
yeah i told a friend of mine to fuck off once because they were too depressed. it sounds like a dick move on the surface, but i had literally given all the advice i could give. i had tried to help them develop healthy coping methods, encourage them to do things that would help their depression (going for walks n shit) but they would shoot down all my advice & do absolutely fuck all to get themselves out of depression. it got to the point that they would blow up my phone in the middle of class threatening suicide & self harm & blaming me because i wasn't there to comfort them every second of the day. so i blocked & haven't spoken to them since.
