A lot of hard work in the gym and also not eating as much junk. I'm lucky to have Adam to keep me motivated as well as my cousin who is a personal trainer. But ultimately I wanted to lose the weight, I want to slay for the summer time LOL. So that keeps me going

What are some of your biggest accomplishments or decision you made that you are proud of in 2016?
One of the biggest accomplishments was writing my book. I worked really hard on it and I'm happy that I was able to get it out in 2016. Also selling my house and buying a new one.

Thank you soo much, that means a lot to me. I started my Youtube channel a long time ago and just stayed consistent with making videos. I tried to create videos that I liked and found funny and it just so happened that other people found my videos funny too. Just stay consistent and find your voice.

Primrose Oil and Rasberry Leaf Tea help to induce labor. At least that's what worked for me

Hi Latoya, when are you doing another meet&greet or book signing in or near LA? Also, do you have any regrets at all in your success and personal life?
I don;t have any plans for a book signing in LA as of now, but hopefully we can make something happen. I also have no regrets with where I am today. Everything that happens in your life happens for a reason and I wouldn't change it for anything.

Hi LaToya i have a question I had my baby girl in 2015 dec 19 and I was very heavy set and I been trying to work out but my back and its hard to walk I don't have any friends to work out with me. What can I do to lose my stomach faster and my legs. And I love u guys yours truly huntyy..
Staying motivated is hard, and I'm lucky to have Adam who keeps me on track as well as my cousin who is a personal trainer. I would say find what motivates you to work out and hold on to that thought. If it's to be healthier for you baby girl, or to slay on all the haters. LOL. Whatever motivation you can find just hold onto it and keep the goal in mind. Goodluck girl
