That's up to the person on what they want to do. Nobody wants to lose their fit body, but you can always get it back with some hard work after the baby.

Right now I have a great team in place so an assistant isn't really necessary.

Do u think I can gain weight by exercising?
Of course but it depends on what type of exercises you do. Muscle weighs more than fat so building muscle in certain areas can definitely help.

What do you do to stay motivated and successful?
I always stay focused on my goals. Anything worth doing takes hard work and a lot of time so you have to remember why your doing it and you have to be able to see the finish line
Who is your style and body inspiration?
There are so many beautiful people out there that inspire me. Mostly I just want to be fit and live a healthy lifestyle. Someone that comes to mind though is Ciara, I love her style and she got body goals 😍

You want to do something that true to you. I can't tell you what that is but you want to start on Youtube being real. If it helps sometimes really shocking videos can grab people's attention
