What's your favorite Murakami book, Apple? :> I totally agree with you on people reading a Murakami book once in their life (but then he is my favorite author, so hello bias). :)

My personal favorite is South of the Border, West of the Sun! :) I love the tangible sadness of it.

Can you recommend anything to read?

Trivia: I am wondering if I will ever develop a skill of recommending books based on people's personalities. I'd need to be a good judge of character and have an impressive mental library of book titles.
For now, here are some books I am biased for:
YA: The Fault in Our Stars/Looking for Alaska
YA series: The Hunger Games
Hist. Fiction: The Book Thief
Classics: To Kill a Mockingbird
Lesser-known classics: Rebecca (by Daphne du Maurier)
Lastly, there are many genres I could put Murakami in (Contemporary, Asian Lit, Translated books, lalala) but I think everyone should read a Murakami book once in their life, no matter what their favorite genre is. And although it isn't my favorite, I'd recommend Norwegian Wood because it's what people often favor.

This is a cool question! And I wish I had a cool answer, but I don't. Haha. In my most heartfelt works, the only thing I do is submerge myself in feelings. For my 365 updates, I reread my Twitter to check how I've been feeling the past days.

Woah. Apparently, it's "Every Time You Go" by Release the Sunbird. Closely followed by "The Last Time" by T. Swift and Gary Lightbody.

Hello! If I knew you were a writer and/or we have some kind of writing relationship (the topic of writing has come up between us, even just in passing), or if there's a special totally non-creepy reason for your wanting to show me your poem, then I don't think it'd be weird! :)
ex. a guy I just met the night before showed me a poem that was obviously about me, and it was obviously him making a move on me so... no. Don't do that.
EDIT: Not to say that I don't find poems to be wonderful tokens of admiration; it was just creepy because I had just met the guy and I never even asked to see his damn poem. He was just a bad case, don't be afraid to write your crush a poem, anon. Haha.
And I'm particularly curious now that you've brought this up. Haha.

That's a toughie one. I don't really know. I can't seem to bring to mind a list of my ticklish friends. I guess I don't pay attention because I don't like the business of tickling.

What's one of your favorite 'little things' to enjoy in life?

Besides a good and smart conversation, I love a good after-party/after-hangout feeling. When I'm all tired out and I'm either wrapping up the day/night with friends or making my way home, and every muscle in my body is sighing, "Well, damn. That was really fun."

let's say you have the option of torturing someone for as long as you like without anyone knowing, who would it be, why, and how will you torture him/her?

I'm actually thinking really hard about this one :)) As of typing, I don't know my answer. But if I should ever think of the right person to torture and how, I probably wouldn't tell anyone (so much less publish it on the Internet) because it would probably be horrific.
