Hello! There's two choices for you!
First of all you have to pack your parcel (the items you want to mail) into an envelope, bring it to any post office, queue up and let them know that your parcel is for normal mail and you want to buy stamps.
Secondly you could head to any SAM machine to purchase stamps also!
