Ugh it took me forever to get over him but it takes time. Just work and work and work to keep your mind occupied. Or hang out with friends and go shopping aka retail therapy haha jk don't waste your money. Try working. It helps for me!

A tube that has paddings? Or a bra that comes without the straps! Or u can just remove the bra straps from a normal bra :-) but get a one size smaller if u wanna remove the bra straps from the bra! Hope it helpssssss
