I've been really depressed lately, I feel like I'm just waiting my life away, not doing anything that makes me happy. I really want to move because my city is filled with horrible people. How can I convince my parents to move?
Maybe show more signs how unhappy you are with your current situation. Also try and talk to whichever parent you feel most comfortable and have you see a specialist bc if you actually are clinically diagnosed with depression of anything then they'll take it into consideration more bc they only want what's best for you. Just talk it out with them and I'm sure they'll understand :) GOODLUck!

Why do girls feel like they have to be skinny?
I think it's bc of how society portrays everything like you constantly read stuff along the lines of "he picked her up like she weighed nothing" and then there's the models wearing size 1-3 and it's just heartbreaking. I have friends that are a bit on the chunky side but so what? They have most beautiful personalities but ofc no one would know that bc once they see that they aren't skinny they don't wanna even think about getting to know them. Sure some girls can't help it bc it's naturally how they are but there's others who crack under the pressure of society and it makes me really sad bc they're beautiful just the way they are whether they're """fat""" or not and just can't see it and it really breaks my heart that a girl would rather skip a meal with the goals of getting skinny than embrace the natural beauty they posses
