Do you / have you attended a university? my bad if this is answered somewhere already ;-;

I'm actually just about to finish! Started back in 2013 and now I'm ready for it to end, all I need to do is hand in my dissertation.
Also don't feel bad!

Which animals scare you most? Why?

If I've learned one thing over the course of being alive it's that humans are the one animal to be scared of more than anything else.
When other animals do things, it's usually for a reason. They're doing it to ensure their survival as a species they're doing it in the only way nature lets them do it. When we do things...it's usually for some 'noble' cause that promotes killing other people in violent and horrific ways. People will say that it's to 'ensure survival' but honestly, we do more harm than good, and we're paying for that in more ways than one. There are animals that I would definitely be scared of and would go out of my way to avoid, but humans scare me a lot more than any other animal.
Sounds edgy, I know, but it's really the only suitable answer I can give for something like this.

What's the last movie you watched?

Do the Right Thing by Spike Lee.
I could probably say more about it but I'm tired right now so I won't. It was good, funny in places, and the final scenes were pretty powerful.

What's the craziest thing you've done for someone you love?

I wouldn't call it crazy myself (it's the only logical step in this relationship after all), but my parents - or at least my mum - thought that me going to America to meet Lexi.
I dunno, I guess I can understand to an extent why they thought that. I knew right from the moment that this relationship started that me and her would make meeting up it work because we click so well. I can see why me going to America purely for the sake of meeting someone would make them apprehensive though, and I don't just think that's because of their age. I was only 19 a few months ago, spending a good chunk of money on a ticket to meet someone in a completely different country without a real method to get in contact with people I know on the small chance that things did go wrong. I can see why that would cause them worry.
Then again, this whole relationship is 'crazy' for various reasons. Lexi would probably say that the craziest thing I've done is actually stay with her in spite of everything that's happened. She wasn't dealing with her eating disorder well at all earlier this year and it put a massive strain on our relationship. We were arguing nearly every night and it felt like I was fighting a losing battle to try and help her. I won't go into detail about the particulars of that though, because it's very personal and not suitable for an AskFM response. I'll just say that it did get really difficult, and there were times when, if I had wanted to end the relationship, I think it's something we both would have understood. I didn't though because I love her and the idea of ending the best relationship of my life is not something I really want to happen.
There isn't anyone else I'd do that for, and if push came to shove, I'd gladly do all of that again for her because, well, it's Lexi, she's really the only one for me.

Biggest crush?

Well I mean it's not really a crush if I'm already dating Lexi, is it?
Either way Lexi is the correct answer 10000000000000% of the time

What's the last book you read?

If we're talking about the last book I read recently, Lolita, but I've not finished it.
If we're talking about books that I've finished recently...I think Return of the Soldier, off the top of my head.

Ys more like Ys is it so bad

Ys more like Yeesh who thought Dark Fact was a good idea.
I like Ys though, it was short but fun. The beginning when you're super weak was decidedly Not Fun and borderline tedious but it became considerably more fun when I was able to take out enemies in one hit. There's a few bosses in the game that annoyed me from a design standpoint (I'm very adamantly against bosses that force you to take damage in order to deal damage), and Dark Fact was HELL, but yeah, I liked the game overall. It's very basic in its story and setting but I feel like too much would have been detrimental to the experience even if there are a few...conveniences in the story which are kind of amusing. It has a unique charm to it. The soundtrack is also INCREDIBLE, I mean just listen to this:

I know full well that this is far from the best that Falcom Sound Team can do and it's already great.
Also, Adol Christin is moe.

How was the wedding?

Very fun actually! The groom was my grandfather's brother's son on my dad's side of the family. (I'm not quite sure what relation that makes him to me.) The people on my dad's side of the family tend to be pretty cool so I had no doubts that I'd enjoy it. The bride had actually designed all of the decorations herself (she even made these great wood carving nametags, which I'm pretty sure we all kept as souvenirs), and it was overall very pleasant and great. It caused me to develop an appreciation for Moroccan food and mixing it together with things so I'd like think I've taken something away from it! I got to catch up with some family members who I don't get to see anywhere near as often as I'd like to as well, so that was a big plus. I like it when I get to see my dad's side of the family. My mum's side tends to be very high strung and we have lots of personality clashes, whereas my dad's family is generally very chilled out and laid back, so there's always a very pleasant, welcome atmosphere whenever there's a family event going on. Being able to see my cousin one last time before he goes off to Australia for however long he's going for (he's not back anytime soon, I know that much) was also good, especially as he wasn't originally going to the wedding.
Good event overall. I know that another relative of mine is getting married next year, so I'm sure there'll be more events like this soon.

How is your family different from others?

They always manage to turn me into the villain of the situation, unjustifiably so. It's surprising that I'm actually able to maintain a relationship with them because of how antagonistic we are towards each other.

Which activities or hobbies make you lose track of time?

I'm hyper aware of time and I wish I wasn't, so it's difficult for me to say.

Why are you called the Megatron Apologist?

Megatron did nothing wrong, simple as that.
Like, for reals, it's all the Autobots and Optimus Prime's fault. Megatron just wanted what was best for his planet and I completely agree with him. Fuck the Autobots, Megatron best girl.

What would you tell the you from 10 years ago?

You're going to have to deal with bad relationships, poor parenting, an edgy teen phase and probably the worst relationship that you could ever have with your brother. You're also going to get into the best relationship of your life as well. It's gonna be rough. You're gonna hate yourself. You're gonna think about how much it sucks to be you and then realise that maybe life's not so bad, only to have things remind you that where you are isn't very good. There's gonna be a lot of shit that happens. Best of luck.

Who is the greatest villain in videogame history?

I couldn't possibly give an answer to that question.
But I think my personal favourite villain at the moment is probably Egil from Xenoblade. I find his motivations and overall character to be one of the best parts about the game.

What is the perfect number of hours to sleep?

I try to sleep for at least 6. I've recently started having short naps though and I'm not okay with that, makes me feel like I'm wasting time.

Favourite One Piece arc/character?

Gotta go for the typical answer here and say that it's Luffy for favourite character. Favourite arc would probably have to be Ennie's Lobby, that was some hardcore marathoning on my part.

Dude, I'm like, probably one of the worst people to ask about this - maybe even worse than Dolphy. It took me an entire summer period and longer to write the first article I was supposed to write for MoeAlt, specifically because I was depressed and had writer's block.
Probably the best thing I can recommend is taking it a little bit at a time. Set yourself small targets on what to write, be that a few sentences or a couple of paragraphs and aim to do that on a daily basis. Don't get lazy, don't let yourself think "Oh, I can write this tomorrow" or something like that. I've fallen into that trap all too often and it's definitely one of the worst things that can happen to you as a writer. You'll gradually lose all motivation to do it because you just think you can leave it and you eventually won't do it.
Another thing I can recommend is having a clear focus in mind of what it is that you want to write about. It doesn't necessarily matter if you don't know what to put, but if you have a good idea of the subject matter you're writing about then you can keep reminding yourself that you do have a goal, you can keep yourself engaged with it. Go back and read the things you've written constantly to try and get an idea of where you want it to go. If you know where you want it to go then you can use that as motivation to help you write.
Also, try to write about other things. Take recommendations from people about what to write about, preferably with a deadline. A couple of shorter pieces in order to help you get into the flow of writing. I've found this works wonders because you'll have already gotten yourself into the mindset of wanting to write when it comes to actually writing about the things YOU want to write about.
Put yourself into an environment which helps to stimulate you mentally, to help to get you to write. I got super depressed being at home over that summer period because I didn't have anything like university work to help keep me focused on doing writing. If you're not in an environment which encourages - and, by extension, rewards - productivity, then you're not really going to have anything to keep you motivated to write.
Lastly, enjoy it. Don't let the writing become a chore. You're only going to frustrate yourself if you try to write when you really don't want to so if it ever feels like you're getting too annoyed by it, take a break from it. Do something else for a few hours - like I said, don't fall into the trap of thinking that you can just leave it for another day. If it gets so bad that you really can't bring yourself to write even after taking a break, then leave it for that day, but make sure you look at it the next. You might read through your work and realise "Oh, that actually doesn't sound as good as I first thought", change it, then realise that you've possibly come up with a new point to make in what you're saying.
I hope that helps, and makes sense. Results may vary :(
