For me live is getting boring I know pt is boring but at least there are less annoying traders + I'm quitting live already so I need a new thing to do

Okay can someone answer me; how do other players (who do not use the forums) know when playtest applications are coming out? I mean I get it, forumers tell their friends, but other than that.. JUST HOW... it's like out of nowhere they pop on that day/week only.. it's like they have a mark on their calendar or something.. what am I missing on ;-;
