Je trouve pas que le fait d'avoir un ego surdimensionné t’empêche d’être pro , y a qu'a voir les grosses stars de foot , ils ont tous une estime d'eux énormes.
Car ils prouvent qu'ils sont bons avant d'avoir un ego et non l'invers.

Tout. respect de l'autre, respect des entrainement, de la rigueur, pas d'égo. etc
Comment sa se fait que vous ayez eu un probleme de communication a se point la ? barriere de la langue me semble inenvisageable sachant que vous parlez en anglais , maybe un manque d'automatisme ensemble?
