How do you relax at the end of the day?

Same guy with hair issues. Pag nagshashampoo kasi ako, i can't run my fingers through my hair. Masakit ? Nagkumpulan silang lahat e HAHAHAHA kaya if possible, puro conditioner lang ako (I'm a shampoo guy LOL) Do you know of any good shampoo's out there? Are you using sulfate free shampoo? Thanks!
