I have been dealing with a insecurity issue of mine for a long time and that is the feeling of not being enough. How do I get over that? I am not ugly and its not like I dress all types of crazy, but it's like I struggle with validation. Again, please help I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi! Well first let me just say that we all have dealt with or are dealing some insecurities so you're not alone. Next I feel you should pray and ask God to show you where that insecurity came from and pray against it! We as humans are often set up to want some form of validation however if your need for it trumps the reality that God made you in his image which is perfect, not in the sense that your are perfect , then you have an issue there.. The only validation you should seek is from God and make it a constant prayer for God to make you whole and fill any voids that you may have and I promise you he will! ;-)

Hello A Team! I have 2 questions. Is the A team an LLC? If so how did you go about filing for an LLC? I'm trying to get my company started as an LLC and don't know where to begin!

Hiii! As of now we are not but we will be offering products soon so we will be! But no problem you can go to https://www.sba.gov/content/limited-liability-company-llc and it will tell you everything you need to know. The first step you'll need to do is go down your county building and get your business name registered in your state make sure it is not already taken. Hope this helped you! ;-)

I don't have a question but I wanted to say. Keep doing what you're doing!! You all are so cool and down to earth. Never give up because you never know who's paying attention. I pray that your talk show ends up on tv one day. That would be so cool! May God continue to bless TheATeamTalkShow!

Thanks so much!! I really appreciate the encouragement. Honestly God has definitely been with us every step of the way, as we have remained consistent, dedicated to the project and pressed through the obstacles, he's shown us that our dreams are attainable. We've been granted so many opportunities so I Can truly say I've seen his hand in my plans and I'm grateful. Our part has been being consistent,doing the work, and watching God allow it to prosper. Why support a show which exploits these money hungry pastors?

Exploit money hungry pastors? If you meant promote money hungry pastors the answer to your question..I don't support a show that promotes money hungry pastors. I'm not sure how you the came to the conclusion that they are, in fact, money hungry unless they've come to you and personally told you that they are or if you knew them personally. I guess if you're someone who doesn't fully understand the capacity in which each of them have served God and their ministries you would think that. I will never understand how people think they can't be preacher/ bishops and also have success. For some reason people think there should be no such thing....when you take care of Gods people and his house he'll take care of you period and that's a fact! I don't know any of them personally except one so for the others, you or I don't know if that is or is not the case and it's not my place my or anyone else's to question to legitimacy of their ministries or pockets. It's not fair to even suggest that unless you know for sure which I'm quite sure you don't as it is equally unfair to think that they can't have a platform such as a "reality show" to do anything other than reach souls and show their realities. How does it feel to be apart of a tv show that is premiering on prominent network such as Oxygen?

Being apart of the event last night was such a great experience and honestly I felt like I belonged there! Since the start of this project God has been with me every step of the way and has allowed me to literally run into opportunities because I'm am staying consistent and no allowing small bumps to detour me. I am so Grateful and all I can say is stay tuned for what's to come!

What three books have most impacted your life and what books are on your list for 2015?

I honestly could only name 1 other than the bible and that's The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. Its a great book you should check it out! I need books that keep my attention..do you have any suggestions?

My mom started going to my church 29 years ago. My siblings and I grew up there. We have been in every ministry the church had along with my mom being the choir director and armor bearer for the pastor. what advice would u give on having parent in leadership role?

LOL I know about this all too well. I know how irritating it can be when your parents want you to be apart of everything especially if they're an intricate part of the ministry. My advice is to support your mom in supporting the Ministry and you'll be rewarded for your consistency and the sacrifice of your time as well as your mom. Also I can honestly say looking back if I wasn't so involved in my church home I probably wouldn't be as far as I am in life. It kept me busy, out of trouble and from hanging with the wrong crowds! ;-)

3 years ago, when I was 17, I had an abortion... Most days, I'm normal and cool. Other days I beat myself up about it and find myself really sad. I'm sure u never experienced this, but what advice would u give to help me kinda get over it or not be so guilty about it?

No personally I haven't dealt with this but I've struggled with other sins and the same way you feel bad I did/do too. First thing is repent and then forgive yourself and pray for peace of mind. It may not be something you'll just get over but you'll be at peace with it because God loves you in-spite of that decision. God knows all and believe it or not he knew that it would happen. God also forgives ALL are there is no "ok" , "bad", or "horrible" sections. All sins are equal so when you repent you WILL be forgiven and I pray that God gives you peace as we speak! Love you!

I just turned 20 and I've never had a boyfriend! Lol. Those around me say it's bc I'm "tough" and my attitude. Do you think I sho try to soften up or just be me and hopefully a guy who loves me for me will come around?

Hey hey! So you don't have to listen to EVERYTHING people say BUT young men indeed like young women so you should carry yourself as a lady and have a grace about yourself, so softening up won't hurt either. One thing is for sure guys really dislike girls with bad attitudes so just be nice and be you! Thanks for asking love!

I teach gr.5 math, sci, & soc. Stu. & gr.7 sci. I LOVE my job. I LOVE the kids, but, they may try you & you have to "get em together." I do my best at teaching, but they still don't get it. I have even asked them what am I not doing wrong! I'M so sick of them that now I am sick & stressed! HELP ME!!

Hey! Oh wow! I definitely can see how that can be a stressor. Being a teacher, aside from teaching the curriculum, is sometimes a thankless job much like parenting, and easily the most challenging. Kids that come from all from all walks of life are in your class room and yes you'll definitely have some you'll have to set straight quite often but I do believe if you feel that teaching & children are your passion I definitely say stick it out. I say that because you never know the influence you have on a child and them stepping foot in your class room could be a bigger influence that you realize. We need you! Children are our future and you have the power to steer them in a positive direction for their lives! However no job is worth your peace of mind and health and when you're not at your best you can't give them the best so take some time to recuperate! ;-) I hope this helped you!

I need some advice. I Have this friend that I have grown to like as more than a friend. Now I'm not the outspoken girl who just makes her feelings known so he has NO clue. I've watched him date other girls&every time it's like a blow to the heart. I want him to know but I'm scared. What should I do?

Aww how cute! I can understand being scared because it could potentially be an awkward conversation to have, so you'd definitely was to approach it very carefully. But first I do want to say its no shame in stating your feelings but you should never be pursing him or any guy! Let the guy pursue you! ;-) but if it were me I'd start a convo something like this " So what is it about all these crazy girls you've dated" (his response) and then I'd jokingly say "I wonder how we would be if we dated" you should able to tell if he could ever see that by his response. Dropping hints are okay too just as long as they aren't aggressive..if its right he'll take them. If he doesn't your probably better off being friends! No matter his response if you value him as a friend be okay with whatever the outcome is. Hope this helped!

What is your definition of a "friend"?

Someone you have things in common with and you sharpen one another. When you can pour into them and they to you! Someone who just gets you without all the extra stuff. Sure there may be disagreements but in the end there is an understanding so "fall outs" don't happen every other week because we're mature enough to value the relationship. Someone who actually knows and understands what it means to be loyal! I could go on and on but if you really want to know if someone is really your friend just ask yourself is it ALWAYS something with them! Too many red flags can give you all the answers you need! Also it's possible for someone to be your "friend" for a season and not a lifetime.

How do you feel about children partaking in communion? Like the age of five??

Well the of age I think is a bit young however I think it depends on the child and their level of understanding. Communion is sacred and you should only partake if you fully understand the meaning.

I love simple chic..so my personality definitely plays a major part in my style. I believe I can wear anything and make it me! You can do a lot with a little. There are some celebrities that give inspiration like the kardashians, Jlo, Jill Scott and many more!

When the A team talkshow gets picked up by a television network, who would be your guests on the show? And would it be something funny and entertaining like let's say the tonight show with Jimmy Fallon?

I LOVE the fact that you said "When" Haa! I receive that and thank you for believing with me! Yes absolutely! It will be clean fun for everyone to watch! The guests will be unlimited any one who is about their business and seeks greatness. People many may know for their successful endeavors & people who are just starting but have the gull the believe that they can and will be successful! Talents, authors, entrepreneurs, hair stylists, MUA, TV/radio personalities, experience/inexperienced, athletes, marketing gurus, musicians, artists, every day people who took steps to advance their lives in purpose of their purpose! I have a lot a great ideas stay tuned! Mwahhh!

Probably Paul if for no other, it would be because of his endless wisdom! I hope to have a tenth of his wisdom one day and he certainly heard from God!
