you girls say you want gender equality when in the same time you want feminism¿¿¿¿???? like wtf make up your mind

okay let me break this down for you slowly;
1. feminism is NOT the belief that women are necessarily 'better' or deserve more than men,
2. feminism is the belief that all individuals irrespective or gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc., are entitled to the SAME rights as everyone else and that just bc a male and female body has a different biological structure, it does not make them less worthy of any intellectual position,
3. just bc the word feminism targets females, that does not mean that feminists have the sole purpose or goal to go AGAINST men and prove that they're BETTER. feminism promotes gender equality,
4. further elaborating the previous point, feminism is largely (not completely) targeted at females bc in our society, women are considered the minority when it comes to opportunities in education and employment, so in a nutshell, feminism works towards gender equality by ensuring that women have THE SAME rights as men do and at the same time arguing FOR THE INCLUSION OF MEN'S LIBERATION as men are also often discriminated under traditional gender roles,
5. feminism is important in our society bc there are people being raped and girls getting impregnated and NOT BEING ALLOWED TO ABORT THE CHILD SIMPLY BC PEOPLE WHO ARE "pro-life" THINK ITS OKAY FOR A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL WHO WAS IMPREGNATED AGAINST HER OWN FREE WILL to raise a child that she didnt even want at the expense of her education and other civil rights, and feminism addresses these kinds of issues,
so the next time you go around bashing something that you have very little idea about, please do your research before you pounce on people's views and ideologies.
