how far/much do you run?

well, i don't know the exact distance.. but the first time i ran for about 15 min with my dad and we keep building it up! last time we ran for about 35 min!! hmm my goal this summer is to run about 7km?

i didnt change much.. i also eat more nuts LMAO and i just generally eat less like i start the day with a banana, water and some cucumber and then i eat two sandwiches in the afternoon, maybe some more fruit in the late afternoon and then dinner!!

like instead of grabbing chocolate, i eat grapes or a banana when i'm feeling hungry! a little piece of dark chocolate sometimes isnt bad though, dark chocolate is actually quite good for you as long as you don't eat it in copious amounts omg. i only drink water and tea.. hmmm i jog twice a week now + i cycle to school!

Do you have to lose a lot of weight then? I tried to lose weight but I keep gaining instead

not //that// much, like it's doable! i'll have to lose another 4kg! i started from 61,3 and now i'm 60,4 so i'll get there with patience~ at first i was only gaining as well but now i jog with my dad twice a week and yeah it helps c:

ah I'm 169 so i'm a bit taller!! i think 56kg would be a good weight for me and then i could work on getting some abs like i just need some stomach fat to disappear and then i'll be happy~

I weigh 67kg but I'm not slim.. and it really really sucks

57kg?? but how tall are you? ;; i'm now 60,4!! and i just have a slight belly, a bit of a round head and just some legs which could loose fat LMAO
