Yeah of course you can! I would just conceal any dark circles so that you won't look like you have a black eye if you're gonna be using dark eye shadow. Foundation is pretty optional naman depending on the occasion or condition of your skin 😊

Hi ate czari, i wanna learn how to do my makeup especially now i've been going to a lot of parties, and i realized how sad it is that what i only know is to put foundation and eyeliner. What are the other basics i should learn to pull the perfect makeup for events like it :(
For parties I think it's good to learn how to do basic eyeshadow as well as how to fill in your brows. Then you could just curl your lashes and add mascara to go with your eyeliner. It would also be nice to learn how to contour in case there's flash photography and maybe start buying different colored lippies? 💕😊
