I think my friend self harms, how do I confront her about it and get her to stop?
Just be like, Hey i need to ask you something. Then ask. If you want to get her to stop you have to understand why she self harms and try to make mew ways to cope becides selfharm. Talk to her about it. Dont just let it go because it only takes a second for someone to hurt themselves and/or to comitt suicide. Make her think about what shes doing and explain to her that it doesnt get her anywhere. Also, if she says she doesnt want to talk about it, keep asking about it. Tell her that you are here for her. Teust me, every little word counts.

Tell me what i said to him. And if i did say anything it was probably cause 1) i was in a bad mood or 2) i probably heard something that got me pissed off. And if i did, it was probably last year (sorry phil if you're reading this). And tbh, why would you know this? And maybe we have a special connection that brings us closer, and most couples dont have this. Maybe you should know what you're saying before you say it.
