have mild anxiety, plus caffeine and away...far far away from bed. And listen to upbeat but unfamiliar music preferably not kpop bc it will distract and you'll end up doing karaoke c;

dolly, can you please explain how your college works? ;u; like are you going to report in front alone like in high school? lol and how do thesis projects work?
actually its less reporting, more on sitting in lectures and up to you if you want to attend or not /most if not all of us havent took an absent even once tho bc u will def miss a lot of lectures and quizzes everyday/; we have a course in research for 2 semesters and were group (3 person per group), we have to make a research project relevant to medicine or health e.g. "the live experiences of significant others taking care of patients with neuromuscular disability utilizing blah blah theory" which is a qualitative research and you actually have to perform the methodology mentioned in your thesis, not just some papers or sort. And by the end of that 2nd sem you have to defend that thesis infront of the panel and the entire college faculty. And btw our lectures is every other week (a week lecture, a week hospital duty and so on).

I'm curious on how med or premed works. So do you have to get a dimploma so you enter med school or can you go to med school directly after highschool?
a bachelor's degree is one of the many requirements to enter med school, so after high school you need to study bachelors in whatever type of them but preferably something related to medicine like nursing or medtech (usually 4-5 years); then take nmat or mcat (its sort of like medical college admission test); med schools have different cut off grades with mcat but usually 70% up. You can enter med school the and spend 4 years (including junior and senior clerkship); then apply in hospitals for your post graduation internship for 1-2 years. Then finally take physicians licensure exam :)) /you still have to apply for residency training that usually last for 4 years (ob gyn)- 8 years (neurosurgery) tho, this is where you would choose your specialty. Then fellowship for max of 3 years after. ENTAILS A GREAT DEAL OF SACRIFICES AND HARDWORK MAN. I salute all doctors.
