Thank you Catherine. That made me smile too :) I love when fans encourage me. Sometimes it gets hard to stay encouraged if you don't know if your music is helping people. But you just did that :)

I follow ppl who may like my music and hope they check it out. They already follow other similar artists and so I just hope they will like my music too :)

I don't believe my life is supposed to involve formal training and a job as a pastor, but I know that my music is based on hope and encouragement, which I know comes from my faith :)

I cook dinner for my family sometimes... and not just frozen pizzas. lol. I sometimes make baked fish or chicken or grill steaks outside.

I understand being excited about someone you like what they're about. Not annoyed, not embarrassed, it's not weird. It's just what it is. I do smile and smh if I see posts like that.

when you first started singing, were you nervous? How did you overcome your nerves?

Realized that the people watching weren't on stage and trying to do what I was doing. Plus, just decided that it didn't matter what others think, as long as I had fun it was ok.

When did you decide you would not only sing but also defend important causes for society?

I started singing publicly at 13 years old and because I got bullied for doing it, I decided to write a song about that "one of the kind". But I write music that encourages ppl and gives them hope. That's my goal.

I do sing with other artists. have your manager send mine an email at info@spencerkanemusic.com. I sometimes collab with established artists who have their own CD and stuff.

How do you deal with something where your best guy friend was talking bad about you and he lied straight to your face along with your brother?

if your best friend just opened up to you that he/she was bullied, what do you say to him/her? -betty from six flags :/

I usually tell ppl that it's awesome that they talked about it and tell them to keep talking to their parents or other adults about what is happening. A lot of ppl tell me that they think it doesn't help anything, but I tell them to keep talking about it until it changes things. Most are afraid that they sound like a whiner or tattle tale, but if the bullying hurts them in any way, it needs to stop and they need to keep talking about it until it does. If they have ever bullied, they need to stop that. That's what I do.
