Hahaha, i'm just kidding. I think about like everything.. But when I put down my phone shot goes down and I can't stop thinking, I'm taking sleep medication to, but that doesn't work either.. :(
Dont start taking medication! Because then you cant stop! Maby Its your phone which distracts you, you should probably try to put it in another room, or swtich it of, 2 hours before you go to sleep. That way, the phone cant distract you. I know Its hard to stay away from your phone, but this is My best advise xx Try it out? Hope you get better :)
