Nuts. I love nuts and popcorn. I could eat waffles and pancakes everyday too but then I would be huge! :)
I heard they used your music on Dance Moms! What song was it and where can I get it?
HA! That didn't happened. Cathy and the Director were both very cool pushing for it though. The idea was that Brandon would be on stage and I would be next to him on piano. Would have been pretty cool I think but I guess that is not really what the show is about right. The song I WOULD have used will be on my coming album. It's called Beautiful Dancer.

I like music composition, pencil & pen sketching, dancing and piano the best!
Are all your songs about positive stuff?
Heh... not exactly. Once in a while someone will piss me off and I'll write a "Kick Ur Ass" song. I tend to be a very positive person though and I feel like the world needs a hug more often then not.
Write any new songs lately?
Yes. I am feeling very creative right now. I just wrote a new dance song called "I'm Gonna Fly" that I'm recording right now. I actually have written literally hundreds of songs that most people haven't heard cause I haven't had time to record them all. :)
What got you started with your music?
I used to be a pretty good jazz dancer actually. I was auditioning for a part that required singing and they told me I was awful. It inspired me to practice and learn to play lots of instruments. I must have got better cause a few years later I got my first record deal.

Are you coming out with more music soon?
Yes. New music is scheduled for late-November release. About 8 new songs. The music sounds really good so far. Everyone who has heard the pre production stuff is real excited. I like it and I hope others do too. :c)

Yup
Do you like that your son is a dancer?
Yes. I used to be a dancer so I decided when he was first born that I wanted him to dance. He ended up being even more awesome than I expected.
If you feel stressed what would you do to reduce it?
Play my piano or workout on my martial arts dummy

On your radio interview I heard you tell a story about the song "Free As The Light" like you had been through alot. Was that true?
Yes. The story you are talking about is when I was a kid and I was attacked by a large group of people (including adults). I was about 11 or 12 so it was pretty traumatic for me then. To make matters worse... it was racially motivated so it really screwed with my head for a while. I don't know if I can say I've been through a lot but the experience did inspire me to write the song many years later. In my message, I hope others will see that you can rise above bullying and oppression and end up OK on the other end. That's really what the song is about!
Are you ever going back to the show "Dance Moms"? We miss watching you and your son.
We left because my son was injured and the people we were around were becoming extremely uncool. We aren't really looking to come back but if they ask I would consider it. As long as I think we will have a good time.
Are you performing anywhere?
Not yet but I will be doing some live shows soon. Im trying to focus on recording my album at the moment.
Do you believe in fate?
No... not really. People tend to call it fate when they are led in a direction they actually wanted to go in the first place. They call it bad luck when they are led towards things they don't like. Fate and Destiny are what you make of them. That being said... I try to leave my energy open so the universe can teach me things.
When was the last time you broke the law?
I don't remember. I can acquire everything I want or need in life legally by using brain power. That's not to say that I never do anything wrong... that's a different question.
