Honestly, It was something out of left field. I never thought i would be a model after high school, I guess you just have to find something you love to do.
As for tips, you need to have a lot of confidence & determination because there are people that are killing to see you fail. Just gotta know what you want, go for it & cover your ears to any negativity around you. It helps to have a really good support system. I hope that helps (:
