Well i have the same answer for both those questions, it wasnt overseas or anything but when i was little we used to go on a farm stay up in harvey hills which took a very long car ride to get there. My sister and i always had so much fun chasing chickens, milking cows, feeding animals, cuddling rabbits, exploring the hillside, getting mud all over us, swimming in dirty lakes ahha it was always so fun. One time we met some kids our age and even got chased by cows and had to crawl under a broken wire fence through thick mud, everyday we would go back to our chalet covered in mud! I just have so many memories at that place it was amazing.
Do you only eat when you're hungry?
No i always eat 3 meals a day regardless of my appetite, unless im really really bloated from the night before. You should never skip dinner because you're not hungry because your body needs the nutrients, im pretty much never hungry when i eat but i know its something i have to do if i dont want to wear away into a skeleton.

How much exercise do u do daily?
I'm actually not as fit as people think tbh, i just go for like an hour walk with mum and the dogs everynight after dinner but that's pretty much it.

My self doubt and bad confidence, i always tell people to be happy with who they are and their body but i struggle to listen to my own advice.
