How do you say no to a dealer if you're not happy with the product? I tend to say yes cause I'm too nervous of what could happen or feeling like I've wasted there time?

Simply say no, I tell people no all the time, whether it be for price or because it's not the quality I prefer. Don't short yourself just because you want to be nice, it'll end up screwing you in the end
