I say about 2 days maybe less. I love being spontaneous yet a lot of the people in my life are so busy that such trait has become less active.

Do you feel technology should be abolished because it is advancement? if that is the case then I disagree. Everything is made to evolve. There are ups and downs to Technology On 1 side it is advancement in so many things that eventually the world will become so dependent on it that they will forget about how to do things themselves, but on the other end it can be used to do things/assist us in the things we cannot do. Double Edge Catch 22. I do not believe it should be abolished but merely controlled and handled better so that we do not lose complete touch with humanity.
