squats , yoga , balance exercises ! lots of different stuff you can do depending on what your weaknesses are :)

too often :p jk. I need to replace my Parlanti chaps that I've had for over a year now ! ( they have dropped/stretched soo muchI haven't used my custom boots yet because they are too beautiful ( there might be a possibility of me crying when they get filthy 😂🙊)I replace my helmets whenever I feel like I need to ( broken helmet, new beautiful helmets)
Do you have any tips to stop being nervous when a horse bucks or any tips on how to stay on when they do act up?
I have that problem too so I'll tell you exactly what my trainer tells me to do :1) if they start acting naughty sit back and don't pull on their mouths just play with the bit till they calm down2) I don't have a tip for not falling off sorry ! if you anticipate that they will buck then it's easier to stay on
