why do you go on tengaged regularly and not blog

I go on occasionally to update the world's longest group game and there's one user I keep in touch with entirely thru Tengaged, someone I knew years and years ago and just started exchanging occasional messages w/ again, so I check if he's online or has messaged me. I'm never online for more than maybe one minute at a time, I don't look at games or scroll through the blogs page or anything.

Would you ever consider watching a foreign survivor? Survivor South Africa: Champions is literally one of the best seasons ever. It is so unpredictable, the editing is even, you can steal idols, the game is a crazy mix of Gabon, Cagayan, and Marquesas in one. It is AMAZING

Hmmm. If you have a link and if it's in English.

I refuse to choose between these things! One is a perfect album. One is a perfect Survivor season. Apples to oranges!

I do on principle refuse to rank Boston Rob as a whole entity SRYNOTSRY that is my Survivor philosophy as you probably know depending on who you are
Also I don't like to rank people I know (QuaWa, Lanza) SRYNOTSRY
29. Adolf Hitler
Literally Hitler.
28. Kim Jong-Un
I don't know much about him but I can't imagine he's much better than Kim Jong-Il! Kim, if I'm wrong and you see this, I'm sorry. We could get together and play Scattergories some time, if you want.
27. Heroin
Has done a lot of harm to a lot of people and is bad for you. :(
26. Survivor: Redemption Island
This was not a pleasant viewing experience!

I do not really watch Pixar movies, but I have probably seen a few, and they have brought great joy to millions, so hooray!

10. Survivor: Hag Island
Not perfect, but on the whole, a fun read!

18. STYX (1346)
For the most part, I just know and like Styx's greatest hits, which are kind of a combination of rock and progressive rock and pop and it's pretty delightful. Among these are some great ballads like Lady, Babe, and Show Me The Way, the latter of which is easily one of my all-time favorite songs and can stand up there with any of those Jackson Browne songs I named. Then there are also more catchy and accessible, but still complex, ones like Come Sail Away and Mr. Roboto.
Aside from their greatest hits, I love the album Paradise Theater. A.D.1928/Rockin' The Paradise and Don't Let It End are two on there that are big hits, and Half-Penny, Two Penny is a personal favorite of mine.
I could recommend some more as well.
Oh, oh, oh!! But I have to recommend my #1 most-played song by them, and my favorite outside of Show Me The Way: Fooling Yourself (The Angry Young Man.) Great song, really catchy with lyrics that amount to "stop bitching about everything" and it just helped me on a pretty personal level when I needed it. The live version from the Return To Paradise album is also very, very good.
And then rounding out my top 20 are Bon Jovi and Good Charlotte, who.. are both pretty much just really catchy and I don't have long defenses of them. :P But I can recommend some stuff by them if you're in the market for catchy, accessible stuff, because I actually do really enjoy both of them; they're just objectively not all that good. They're just fun bands with fun songs.

14. ALKALINE TRIO (1552)
I am surprised they are this high, honestly, but they are just a catchy band that I always can fall back on, so I guess that that's why. Mr. Chainsaw, Mercy Me, Burn, Time To Waste, and You're Dead seems like a good group to give as a starting point. I definitely recommend them; I just don't have many concrete reasons why.
15. JUNICHI MASUDA (1486)
Did the Pokemon soundtracks. :P It's probably a lot of sentimental appeal that others might not have, but still. The entire Ruby/Sapphire soundtrack is amaaazing and what I most listen to. Marine Science Museum is really good and has way, way more plays than any others. Art Museum is also very strong and so are various tracks from the third game but they're short 8-bit things that I don't think whoever asked this would actually be interested in so I s'pose I won't bother.
16. JACKSON BROWNE (1421)
Should be much higher. I have more respect for him than any other artist besides Springsteen. He is just... amazing. His lyrics are so poetic and he is almost certainly my favorite vocalist of all time. His voice just feels like he is connecting directly to me. His greatest hits album is my most-played album of all time (even including Born To Run!) and is the source of most of my love for him. Running On Empty is SO catchy/accessible and also just good. Probably his most well-known song -- that one and Doctor, My Eyes are just really strong radio-friendly music. But what makes me love him so much, as much as I do adore those songs as well, are his longer, poetic songs that are just about the most beautiful things I've heard. Sky Blue And Black and Late For The Sky, specifically, are two of the best things I've ever heard, ever. They're amazing. Lives In The Balance has great bitter lyrics. Alive In The World could be, lyrically, my single favorite song ever written, and sounds beautiful as well. You gotta listen to Tender Is The Night/In The Shape Of A Heart. And These Days. Fuck. He's amazing.
17. DEEP BLUE SOMETHING (1391)
They are this high based literally 100% on one album, "Home", which is one of my favorite albums ever. I don't like The Kandinsky Prince and it only has one play, but the other eleven tracks each have, on average, 126 plays. And this is on the span of.. maybe a year and a half. Listen through the album, it's just 42 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dJlBTTUMqQZimTengaged’s Video 119215631962 4dJlBTTUMqQZimTengaged’s Video 119215631962 4dJlBTTUMqQ It doesn't have stuff like Born To Run or Jackson Browne's best stuff that just utterly blows my mind, but it has 11 songs that sound incredibly good and that I can and do always fall back on and enjoy. Just a really solid, easy-to-listen-to album that I love and that is probably my most-played outside of Jackson Browne's greatest hits.
Gonna hit the character limit soon so let's move on in a new response.

JUST DO THE WHOLE TOP TWENTY ^_^

OKAY ^_^
12. BREAKING BENJAMIN (2148 plays)
I listened to them a lottttt in my Freshman year of high school and have actually been giving them a bit of a revival lately because they feel like an autumn band. They aren't an especially complex band and there aren't really songs by them that I FLOVE the way I orgasm over some songs by some of the higher artists; they just have a sound that I really, really enjoy. Wikipedia says they're "alternative metal" or "post-grunge", so. Diary Of Jane is their biggest song and the one that got me into them. You Fight Me is probably their best/my favorite. Forever is a nice slower one. Medicate and Home are two really catchy ones off their first album, which has worse production than the others and probably isn't as "good' objectively but is the most catchy. Evil Angel, Dance With The Devil, Sooner Or Later, and No Games are other ones I'd definitely recommend, as a starting point.
13. THE BRAVERY (1796)
Wikipedia describes them as indie "post-punk" "dance-rock." I dunno. Good indie-ish rock band that utilizes electronic stuff. They had three albums, and I really like all three! The first one (as is often the case with earlier albums of artists) is rougher, but it also has the song that first got me interested in them: Unconditional. It was on a Tony Hawk game and I loved it and needed more by them. An Honest Mistake and No Brakes are the other standouts off that album that I'd immediately recommend (An Honest Mistake being maybe their biggest song and the lead single of that album), and if you like those, Tyrant and A Ring Song are also good.
Their second album sounds probably more similar to their first than to the second. However what's odd about this album, The Sun and the Moon, is that I think there are two discs, the "Sun version" and the "Moon version." So if you just look up a song on YouTube, you might find a version that I'm not familiar with, so I'll include the YT video IDs of the versions I have. Above And Below (?v=RbeJFFbwL38) is the standout track of the album. Great song to put on repeat and probably my most-played by them. Fistful Of Sand (?v=ImCosT48PNE) is really catchy and very accessible -- prob the first one off this album that drew me in. Split Me Wide Open (?v=12XvSn9o_qQ) had to grow on me but now that it has, I looove the vocals.
Their third album is definitely my favorite by them to where I honestly want to recommend the whole thing... Adored is the opening track and very, very catchy and addictive. Song For Jacob is track #2 and similarly appealing but more subdued. Slow Poison, track 3, is good and might be more accessible as it was the lead single. The Spectator is a much slower one compared to those others and has great lyrics. Lots of other really, really good ones, too, though.

top five springsteen lyrics?

Ugh honestly
This is too hard
I don't want to leave out any
But it would take forever to name all of the ones that I really really like
:[
Like there are just SO MANY good ones it would be hard to do it justice you know?

If you're up for more song suggestions, you should give "Look Around" by Blues Traveler a listen :)

Just did. Or, well, technically still am, as it's still going.
It's good.
I'll keep it and I might enjoy it more in more time and with more listens.
