Ate viv! Naexperience nyo na po ba yung sobrang hair fall kasi mahaba yung hair??? Can you help me? :)

the last time my hair was reaaaaal long was in grade six heheh so hindi naman masyado pero try anti-hair fall shampoos!! :) and don't comb/brush/tali your hair when it's still wet.

There's this certain group i wanna join and there is a given standard and i cant seem to reach it no matter how hard i try. Im startig ti feel like i will never be good enough. I always tell myself that i still have a lot to learn.. But it's so hard to keep going when i feel so discouraged :(

what's this standard that's so unreachable? ask yourself this: is joining this group worth it in the long run? you may want it now but there's no telling if you'll still feel strongly about being part of it in the future. if this "standard" is something harmful, dangerous or illegal, i strongly advise you to stay away. but if this "standard"'s just difficult but possible and you really want it, show them and show yourself you really want it. work hard. don't feel discouraged :) think of the fulfillment you'll feel once you reach your goal. best of luck <3 x

I'm troubled because I have this friend that I love very much, but I seem to have lead her to treat me different from what I wanted her to treat me. Besides that, she keeps on venting out on me about the guy she loves. She's cried over that guy for a lot of times and I think that she deserves better

she doesn't know that you have feelings for her no? well here's what i'd do: tell her straight up as a friend that the relationship isn't good for her, but don't let your romantic feelings for her overpower you. magmumukha kasing pinaghihiwalay mo sila dahil lang gusto mo si girl. instead, be there for your friend and show her your love by being a shoulder to cry on. wag mo biglain lahat porket wala na syang attachment. show her you're sincere and once she's okay, you can make your move :) best of luck <3 x

times are more modern now so yes :) there's nothing wrong about making the first move as long you're subtle about it and not easy :)

we've been for 3 yrs last july (as in ang sweet namen tapos ngpupunta pa sya samin kahit alam nya ayaw sa knya ni dad) tapos i found out na he's seeing and kissed someone nung vacation :-( i asked why, pano nya nagawa, sabe nya di nya alam, everyday ngtetext sya love nya ko + sorry. idk wat to do :(

he kissed someone else and he can't explain why? dump him. cheating is never tolerable.

being friends with your ex is tricky. you once had strong feelings for each that may or may not have died down but it's hard to know if they're truly gone. it'll bother me if the guy i was dating was still close friends with his exes :-)

Ate Viv I need help! I have this friend kasi na super mabait at cute, and we've known each other for a long time already. Tas ngayon, unti-unti na akong na fafall sakanya :( ayokong aminin kasi Baka isipin niya na pinagtanggol ko siya dati dahil crush ko siya, we're friends because I fought for her.

hmm mahirap umibig kung mag-isa ka lang. bago ka tuluyang mafall, isipin mo kung kaya mo ba sya mahalin kahit di nya binabalik yung feelings. pero advice ko sayo, wag ka matakot umamin. basta tell her na wag nya gawing awkward at ikwento mo kung kelan ka exactly nafall sakanya. so decide :) best of luck <3 x

why do i feel like im not good enough. No matter how hard i try i will never be good enough to reach the standards

rest assured, you're not the only one feeling this way. one way to stop feeling not good enough is to lower the standards we've set for ourselves. society has such a high standard that we feel compelled to meet this benchmark. sometimes, our methods do us more harm than good. don't feel obliged to conform to society, sweetheart. make your own standard and reach that. please yourself before pleasing other people. it isn't easy, but it works. trust me, i've been there :) best of luck <3 x
