Hmm, gw milih yg humoris sih, karena kepintaran bs dilatih dan lmyn gampang dipelajari tapi sense of humor not as easy. But again, these two can overlap each other, humorous guys can be smart, confident vice versa.

I attended the invite-only day and the invitation did mention to wear formal outfit. I wore the usual business outfit with top,blazer and skirt. Yes, first impression do counts, but its not restricted to outfit. Thank you and goodluck :)

The 212cm reach is mandatory, main reason being emergency/safety related. Try stretching out to ur toes everyday, good luck :)
