My fav colour is different from my mom's / My fav colour is differ from my mom. Both is ok or not?

Only the first one is right. (You could also say "My favorite color differs from my mom's," but there is no real benefit to saying it that way.)

How to pronounce the "de" or "di" ? "Di" university or "de" university? "De" polar bear or "di" polar bear?

If "the" precedes a word that begins with a vowel SOUND, it's pronounced [thee]:
- the [thee] apple
- the [thee] elephant
- the [thee] umbrella
If "the" precedes a word that begins with a constant SOUND, it's [thuh]:
- the [thuh] chair
- the [thuh] dog
- the [thuh] kid
If you want to put extra emphasis on "the," it's [theeeee] (drag out the sound):
- This is the [theeeee] best cookie I've ever eaten!
- He is one of the [theeee] funniest students I know!

What is the meaning of "nothing to lose" ?

If you have NOTHING TO LOSE, you can try something because even if you fail, it will not make your situation any worse; however, you might gain something good out of it.
For example,
- Why don't you apply to Harvard University? You already got accepted into five great schools, so you have NOTHING TO LOSE.

whats brush it off means ?

1. It means the same thing as "shake it off." It means "Don't let it bother you" or "Forget about it."
Peter: I can't believe I missed that easy shot. 🏀
Henry: It's OK. Brush it off. You'll get another chance.
2. It means "to not accept something as being important," e.g., Henry brushed off the faculty meeting and went to the beach with his friends.
3. It means "to dismiss someone or something rudely," e.g., The cashier brushed off the customer who wanted a refund.

You can watch this video whenever youre having a bad day. Is this correct?

Yes, but "Watch this video whenever you're having a bad day" sounds better. (It's less formal and sounds like something you would say to a friend.)
