"I'm proudly present" is that right?

It could be right if you want to say "I'm proud to be here." (But it's awkward and weird.) You most likely meant to say "I proudly present ...," e.g., I proudly present to you my amazing talking dog! ("I proudly present ..." means "I am proud to show you ...." or "I am proud to introduce you to ....")

What its mean with 'intrinsically motivated'?

It means that a person doesn't need outside forces (e.g., parents, threat of punishment, a teacher, a reward) to be motivated to achieve something; it all comes from within. Most successful people are intrinsically (or innately) motivated: they work hard and do their best all the time, not only when someone or something forces them to do so.

Addicting/addictive?

Go with "addictive," e.g., Peter finds "One Piece" and "Shingeki no Kyojin" incredibly ADDICTIVE. ("Addicting," if used as an adjective, is considered informal.)

The difference between "i apoligize" and "i'm sorry"

They mean the same thing. "I apologize" is more formal and polite. For example, if Henry did something bad to Peter, he wouldn't say "I apologize." He would just say "I'm sorry" (because they're close friends). However, if Henry did something wrong to Peter's mother, he would say "I apologize."

are people in america have a very good grammar or they also have a problem with their grammar?

MANY people in America are TERRIBLE at grammar. In fact, many students who learn English in foreign countries have a better understanding of English grammar than students who are born and raised in America. This is one of the unfortunate realities of the American educational system, not to mention the influence that bad grammar and spelling found on the Internet has on our students here. (This is why we always encourage those of you who are learning English as a second or third language to not give up. You might actually get better than many native speakers.)

what does "alpha female" means?

"Alpha female" means the top female. She might be the alpha female because she is the oldest, the wisest, the richest, the prettiest, or based on whatever standard is valued most by her group. (In zoology, the term "alpha male" is used to describe the male leader of a group or pack of animals, i.e., the one that gets to eat first, the one that gets to mate, etc.)

is that levi ackerman on the right of your header? :))

LOL. No. That's an artist's rendering of one of our admins (Peter). She must have been inspired by Levi Ackerman. The resemblance is uncanny. 😁
