In writing a date , when we use St, nd, rd, th on the number of date? Which grammar that we have to use st, nd, rd,th? 1st january 2015 or january 1st 2015? Thanks!

FirST = 1st. SecoND = 2nd. ThiRD = 3rd. FourTH = 4th. FifTH = 5th. SixTH = 6th. SevenTH = 7th. EighTH = 8th. NinTH = 9th. TenTH = 10th. And so on. The last two LETTERS of the WORD determine whether you need "-st," "-nd," "-rd," or "-th."
In American English, it's just January 1, 2015. In British English, it is 1 January 2015. For more on this topic, read this article: http://bit.ly/1iAdrnW

Please explain me what "instead" meaning and how to use it in a sentences. And give example. Thanks

"Instead" = in place of, as an alternative to, as a substitute for something else:
- She married John INSTEAD.
- Our focus should INSTEAD be on solving this problem!
- He disobeyed his father and went to the beach INSTEAD.

Can you help me to answer this ques ✌ *How to retain your country's independence ? Give two ways.

We honestly could not give you an informed answer. We specialize in grammar, vocabulary, and usage, not in political science. Try Google, maybe? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

is Dismissive a noun? so, is this senetence correct? 'you're being dismissive here'

"Dismissive" is an adjective. It means "showing indifference or disregard." A good example of someone who is being dismissive is an employer who throws an applicant's résumé (CV) in the trash without reading it.

i am at college or i am at campuss ? thankyou ^^

If you're a college student, you would say "I am in college." If you are visiting a college (as a tourist, for example), you would say "I am at Boston College" (or "I am visiting Boston College"). If you want to avoid this whole situation, you could say "I am a college student," "I am a student at (x) College," or "I attend (x) College." ✌️
