I recently discovered Korean dramas because I was bored out of my mind and TV was not doing justice haha. I'm glad things are going great ;) I'm sure you have a whole posse of friends! Are some doing the same course as you? I also watched Beauty and the Beast; it was more of a 7/10 movie in my opinion (I am really hard to please haha.)

Sorry to disappoint but you'll probably have to go back. Several times. For each application 😶 These few weeks have been relaxing. I picked up more chores (not fun) but I caught up on my series and started new ones and got lots of sleep 😁

Orientation is next week. I'm so excited!!! A quick heads up with the university stuff. Application fees are EXPENSIVE and you have to be prepared to follow up with your school to send your reports from grade 10 to matric. I probably should have had an agency. Would have made it much less stressful

I don't know exactly but i think they have to clean up all the mess from the protests. I think people were still writing in January but I'm not sure. My Valentines day was like any other day except I wished people happy valentine's on social media 😂 How was yours?

Yeah well my sisters already go to school 30 minutes away so we're used to long car rides. Oh gosh. I can imagine that your mum would be upset haha but hopefully that doesnt backtrack you too much. (Dont worry about the idiom haha I think I got what you were trying to say 😂) It sure seems like it is

Oh well that's good for you then. We live like 45 minutes away so it means being ready way in advance. Yeah we have our PR permits but the I.D. is so irritating because it's been a year and a half since I applied. I hope you permit goes better than my ID is going.

As a Non-SA student I can relate. Haha so typical of parents to leave it for later. I won't be staying in res this year. My stress is I don't have a driver's license yet because too young, so my mum's going to be driving me around. Also Home Affairs is delaying my ID grrr 😬

What you said about Kovsies 😂👌 My best friend is also going to study that I think but at WITS. University of Pretoria so you're not travelling too far from home. That's cool though so you can have the freedom but still see your family often enough.

Happy New Year😛 It looks like I'm headed to UCT for my BSc in mathematics and/or computer science (double major I hope) The marks are looking good! 7 distinctions. My parents are happy with them but I'm going to ask for a remark in 3 subjects just because they're a bit low.

Haha. Shopping does make everything feel better 😁 Sleeping late has been amazing. The best part about graduating is I don't have to do chores these holidays because my sisters have to get used to me not being here this year when I eventually leave for varsity. (almost types next year haha)

I get your logic, I also got annoyed when my AP mark wasn't showing. Congratulations!!! Awww it sucks when its 2% off but I just tell myself that they were being selfish with the extra 2% because they're scared of my brilliance. You've officially graduated and with really good marks. How's it feel?
And then when they sent the message with the marks, they sent it twenty-five minutes before midnight and it sort of spoilt my 30th haha. I actually like that thought, haha, they couldn't deal with all my intelligence in one page. Thank you! It was a bit disappointing at first (I really wanted that Physics distinction) but over the day, I felt better about it, especially after we went shopping haha. I think it already dawned on me that I have graduated when, a few weeks ago, I didn't have to wake up early for the next two months because of being on holiday.

I got two distinctions in Life Science and LO, the rest are in the high seventies and I missed two other distinctions by 2% (Maths and Accounting). Apparently, I am also 5th in the grade at my school.
