Stairs are ok. I would not want to have to walk up more than 5 flights at a time. The older I get the more difficult it will become to tackle one flight of stairs. 😆

Not very forgetful but when I'm not feeling 100% I tend to be more forgetful than usual. However there are days when I seen to misplace my phone a lot. maybe a subconscious thing of not wanting to deal with "shit" 😆
