This is an answer I gave to an interview about 1.5 years ago to the very same question:

" I am not sure. I mean, ten years ago, it would’ve felt as if I am special or something, as most kids would think. Now, I am 31 and through the way, I learnt that life isn’t something like that. I am just another ordinary guy with certain traits and flaws of my own. I am no different than a carpenter or an engineer. I express myself through my work and try to explain my life to myself. Some people share this feeling and they hop on to the wagon of my music. Like we all do with other musicians’ music. Nowadays, I am simply happy to have some means to tell what I have in mind. As a kid, I dreamt of being this rock star, touring and playing to thousands etc. Well, I did play to thousands, I did tour and nothing has changed. Life is still life. Feelings are still there, issues are still there, happy moments and sad moments are still there. So, as I said earlier, to be a musician or an artist for me is simply being able to make me understand myself through that means and having other people with similar feelings to tag along and share a bond.
