What other games do you enjoy besides smash/fighting games in general?

Spectacle fighters - Devil may cry, Bayonetta etc
Games that are unique and do one thing in particular really really good are also favor
ites - Shadow of the collussus, Mirror's edge, Catherine.
Played a fair bit of MMORPGS back in the day, and I also enjoy MOBAs

thoughts on pm 3.5? will you play it and what are you looking forward to in it?

I look forward to seeing the pit/mewtwo/diddy/insert stupid characters players being exposed, if they are indeed properly nerfed. I have no high hopes, though

I don't hate it, I just don't think it's a particularly good video game. A lot of people do hate me for not loving it, funnily enough.

Do you love winning more than you hate losing or vice versa?

I think it depends for almost everyone. I hate losing more than I love winning in general, though.

Is Sakurai like Goerge Lucas with episodes 1, 2, 3? I mean you can tell him a desicion is shit but he wontlisten and he will still make money cause people are sheep. JJ Binks = BR4WL

I won't say any specifics, but I've always loved Steelseries. Both their equipment and their motto "Winning is Everything". Luckily, they sponsor a big number of teams.

Quickest way to get good?

Focusing on perfecting how you learn, not what you learn. Once you know how to best learn anything, all you need to know is what's worth to learn, and then spend some time doing it. The other way around is the common one, and is why people spend insane hours without much improvement.

Theoretically (and also practically if you have an answer for that) what would be the best duo-main?

Practically: Sheik - Falco
Theorectically: Marth - Fox

If all the characters were balanced in Melee, who would you main?

Fox. My choice is almost completely based on who is the most fun to play, and just because the other characters are arbitrarily buffed (a la PM), that doesn't make them more fun.

Just different types of wax, lol. Some have a wet look and some have a dry one

If I were to dual main Fox & Marth, would there be any weaknesses?

Spreading yourself too thin playing two characters that are hard to perform with consistently

What are your thoughts regarding the various fighting games you've played besides Smash? (Marvel, KOF, SF4, might be forgetting some)

KOF13 is such a great game, Marvel is much deeper than people think but limited due to no future, and USF4 is mediocre and dull but has a big active scene so I play it because I like to win.
Guilty Gear, Uniel and others also interest me but ATM I don't have an accurate opinion

Do you believe you're naturally talented? How do you feel about work ethic vs innate skill? Sleepyk always says that top players really worked to get where they're at but it never seems like you really have to practice to bop people.

I do. It's not something to brag about though, just like being tall or having a particular skin color, talent is almost exclusively factors that you aren't responsible for, and thus also not given credit for.
I've always had it easy picking things up and quickly getting good at them, and my knowledge and understanding of both the games I play and the people playing it is what I consider my by far biggest strength. Despite being much worse than Armada for years, it didn't take long after meeting him and other top players before I realized that I somehow had a better fundamental understanding of something they had played for thousands of hours more. Once I recognised that, I started building my playstyle around it.
In turn, improving very quickly and never really struggling to find things to improve on because of my harsh self critiscm, made me horribly lazy and lacking in the self decipline department, and that still holds me back to this day.
It's a very interesting subject for sure, and I know many will hate me and claim that I'm arrogant and full of myself for claiming that I'm talented, but it's really not something I'm proud of.
Honestly, I think I'd had preferred to improve slowly and steadily through hard work and self discipline instead, I definitely feel like I missed a big part of the journey by improving so much quicker than the people I started playing with.

It was very obvious that you didn't bother to read my previous thoughts on the subject. Saying thay I haven't made any actual arguments for smash 4 being bad?
I'm sorry, but you know what they say about arguing with retards.

What could the devs do in order for Sm4sh have more depth or make the game better ? There was no reason to remove L-Canceling since it was there unporse since Smash for the N64. And I think Marth's Dair is dumb now. Greetings.

IMO they would actually have to redo the game engine, or at least make a major overhaul. The game is a blatant brawl copy and I don't want to play in that, below average, 6 year old game engine anymore.

Skill level has nothing to do with how much I respect a player. I can respect someone's skill in a particular game, but that's as far as it goes.

Let me rephrase; which game is less shitty?

Smash 4 had million of dollars poured into experienced video game developers and a huge marketing campaign
P:M is a fan projects done which is halfassed by volunteers

What is it that you don't like about P:M? is it the characters, the mechanics, the feel? be as specific as you can. Greetings.

The game is absolutely awful at properly rewarding people for different choices, and a design philosophy that is actually non existant. The end result is a game that feels like a parody of Melee, rather than an homage.
Oh and it's in general very boring to play.

I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't salty tho, so many people who don't even stream anymore (westballz, pewpewu for example) have partner, and afaik everyone else got it before reaching the viewer/follower count I got.

Pretty sure he wasn't. Most top players are only angry at themselves, some do take it out on others tho (hax v mango etc)
