Is that okay when a girlfriend hugging her male friends? What do you think?

is it wrong for me to hug my brother? or my classmates? or my grandmother? or my aunt? or my teacher?
there is no romantic context in any of these situations, so why would there be any with a friend?
if you are really that jealous of someone hugging platonically, you need to take an inward look at yourself to understand why you feel that way and how you can work around it. setting restrictions on how your partner can interact with people platonically isn't healthy and can be a sign of an abusive relationship ):

What are the three most important things for you to be happy??⭐

01) friends, friends, lots of friends !! I love talking to other people, even if I'm bad at starting conversations and being social in general ;v; the best days of my life were all spent hanging out with my friends in high school. being lonely sucks
02) getting a service dog ?‍? (I can't see this emoji yet but it's supposed to be the new service dog emoji LOL) tbh I don't think I'll be able to attend college on campus or ever see friends in person again unless I get a service dog to help with my agoraphobia. that's the biggest hurdle that I face BY FAR to being happy!
03) is it awful if I say cuddles,,,because I mean,,,,,physical contact with other human beings is pretty rad and I haven't really had that in a while LMAO

What are you most scared of

can I say the world? because I think that's a fitting answer LOL
at my appointment with my psychiatrist a few days ago, my diagnosis was changed from a generalized anxiety disorder to agoraphobia. to sum things up.....I panic every time I have to go outside. I am indeed afraid of the world.
I wasn't doing so great with my anxiety so I was trying to get out more and do more things a few months ago, which was actually working. I could go out to the store, out for a drive, on daily jogs, you name it! but in doing that, I ended up sick in public which is one of my biggest fears. it triggered everything to come back, and even worse than before. now I can't go outside without having a panic attack. I panic before I even step out of the door, even if I'm excited to go, and I cry and shake. the other day, I went to pick a pumpkin to carve and couldn't even get out of the car to go into the store because I almost passed out and came within seconds of throwing up.
it's not so much what other people think of me and feeling embarrassed, contrary to popular belief. it's feeling so helpless and afraid when I'm alone. my agoraphobia causes symptoms of pre-syncope, the symptoms you get when you feel like you're going to pass out. I get super nauseous, shaky, and dizzy with hot flashes and gi issues. sometimes I see spots and lose my balance. I'm afraid of what my body is going to do and I'm afraid of being hurt or sick. the only safe place is home.
it was always ingrained in me when I had my lymphocytic colitis that home is safe and everywhere else is dangerous. I think this is probably a result of that fear. I was afraid of being sick in public then and I'm afraid of it happening again now. I know that logically the world is not that dangerous, and that it will be fine, but my mind and body can't overcome the fear.
which is why my therapist and psychiatrist want me to get a psychological service dog, to get me out more and to task when I'm panicking. but my dad is very against it so wish me luck ??

Bath or shower?

shower!
I used to enjoy baths more as a kid, but the water gets too cold too fast and my tub is too small for me to be comfortable in. but maybe if it was more of a hot tub situation I'd go for bath instead? ?

What would you like to do with money?

I'd definitely put any money I had towards my service dog prospect !!
I can't remember how much I've mentioned here, but my therapist recommended that I get a psychiatric service dog to help with my severe anxiety since meds aren't an option anymore.
it would be really cool to be able to afford the training without help from my parents. right now, it looks like they'll have to cover the costs since they're pretty insanely high djskfhdshfk. I also need to pick up puppy supplies - lots of food, toys, treats, and more. puppies are expensive haha

The world has improved so much with things like racism, women's rights, health awareness, gay rights, medicine, tech, etc in the last century, even the last thirty years. There will always be setbacks and a difficult road, but humanity never stops growing. When you compare to the past, we get better

in a lot of ways, I feel like we flip back and forth between eras of good and bad within our societies. I don't think we ever truly improve, although that might just be my pessimistic side talking xD
I think ancient greece is a perfect example of this since they bounced around between being an advanced civilization and,,,,,just about the opposite?
things were pretty rad back during the time of the minoans with a lot of what would be considered 'modern thinking' today. they are considered the first advanced civilization in europe, and this is back during the bronze age. from what we know, they were fairly matriarchal, had water and sewage systems, and were super into art and nature. had some really rad art of animals and were pretty peaceful people. then the mycenaeans came, taking over and being really into wars and power and stuff like that. while they were innovative and super into engineering, their society lacks in comparison imo - there was no running water, no sewage systems, and women were back out of power again. not to mention that greece fell into dark ages after they collapsed LOL
basically,,,,,as a society, we rise and we fall in a cycle. we make advancements, but something always happens to take all of that away again. and at the heart of that is ourselves as humans making big ol' mistakes and being awful people >:
that doesn't mean that we should stop fighting for what we believe in, though - if anything, it means that we should fight harder to keep it better for as long as possible before it slips again. it's up to us to put the world on the right path and keep it steady there!

What is the best place to hide things from others?

I used to hide things in the toy hammocks in my room, under the stuffed animals that were in them. and also in the crack next to my bed xD

Should we not respect authority?

calvarychapelws100’s Profile PhotoCalvarychapelws
I think we should respect authority, but,,,,,only to a certain extent.
authority is great - without it, we'd fall into absolute chaos. some authority is absolutely necessary to function. plus...it can help people in need and make all of our lives better in certain circumstances, like with our government.
in my opinion, we should follow laws and generally obey the authority that has power over us. however, when authority stops looking out for us and acting in our best interests, we should stand up for ourselves and show them that we truly mean business and won't settle with being treated poorly.

I agree whole heartedly. We are just earths cancer. Do I think change is possible? Yes but not likely. Even if we broke the propaganda dividing and confusing us all. Realized the true enemy and found a way to beat them that isn't fighting fire with fire we still would get someone on a power trip.

100% !! being human is about being flawed. we feel emotions, we get hurt, and most of us want to be on top. we will never be able to separate society completely from those imperfect aspects of ourselves. that's why bad things happen over and over again - we're always falling into those traps because it's literally in our nature to. I don't think we'll ever be able to escape from ourselves ):

Republican o democrat?

democrat !! I actually took a test a few months ago while my family was comparing our political charts, so here's where I stand if anyone is curious 0:
I don't hate anyone just because they think differently from me, though. I think that's pretty dumb. we all have our reasons for believing what we believe, although I will always stand up for lgbtqa+ rights and basic human rights if you think that those are unnecessary for some reason <:

Has society regressed to a point of no return?

jdon678’s Profile Photojordan goodwin
I think so, although I feel like we went past the point of no return a while ago when humans first formed a society rather than recently.
no matter how we try to build our society, something always goes wrong. someone gets greedy, someone gets jealous, it's just human nature to get upset or take advantage of things. we will inevitably destroy everything that we attempt to create.
