not love at first sight, but a crush a first sight is definitely possible. love is something much deeper that can only truly happen when you know someone like the back of your hand. it has nothing to do with appearance, meanwhile 'first sight' is just that: a simple first impression based on looks, voice, simple mannerisms. that isn't love.

tongue piercings hurt a bit more and usually swell for a few days after you get them which can make it hard to talk or eat, so definitely keep that in mind if you want to get one !! the after care for them is a lot more intense since saliva can have bacteria in it and cause infections if not kept cleaned properly

elizabeth warren would be my top pick! she's an amazing woman who has been fighting for some really important things recently, like equal pay for disabled americans (who can legally make 33 cents an hour), recovery efforts in puerto rico, and health care for every american. I look up to her a lot and I wish that she'd run for president someday <3

When will the world end?
for a second, I legitimately thought that it was about to end for me a few mins ago LOL
we just got hit by a gnarly thunderstorm and it sounded like a tornado was hitting ?? like the wind and hail was so bad ??? it sounded like our windows were shattering and bursting open and the cats were running away so I started to have a panic attack ???? I closed my tablet and ran for the basement, but as I opened the door, there was my dad coming up to see how bad the storm was. then of course it calmed down as soon as he came up haha, I freaked out over nothing apparently

a few of my family members, assuming that paradoxes n stuff wouldn't be happening 0:
one of my great grandfathers on my mom's side was an amazing guy for his time so it would be cool to meet him !! he worked hard and went to college for zoology which makes me proud <3
and my grandfather before his alzheimer's hit. I never really knew him, but the person people talk about is who I aspire to be like ;v;
and misc family members that my mom talks about all the time, like zita welsh, my mom's granny welsh !! I wish I could have met them all just like my mom did <3

do you believe in soulmates?
I feel like they do, but only to a certain extent? like yeah, there are definitely going to be people out there that are the ideal people for me on both platonic and romantic levels, but nothing was ever 'meant to be' or 'predetermined' like some people think and I was never 'destined' to be with them.

what do you regret most?
pushing away the only people that love me. I've done it multiple times now and I always regret it so much afterwards ;v; whether it's someone with a crush on me, someone that I was dating, or even my own family, I'm prone to closing myself off and pushing those people away to try to protect myself, even if I really love them.
What makes you nervous?
two things: people and my gi issues.
I have social anxiety so I often get nervous around people that I don't see on a daily basis! I definitely worry about saying the wrong thing, stuttering, etc and making people hate me ;v;
my gi issues cause some pretty nasty symptoms after I eat which also makes me very nervous. I have lymphocytic colitis which is a rare form of colitis on a microscopic level, and to put it simply, things fly through me if what I eat has a trigger food in it or even if my intestines just aren't feeling it that day. I often fear eating when I'm away from home and a safe toilet space since being ill in public has been really traumatic for me. I've been known to not eat anything for days while traveling because my fear of being ill or having someone see me be ill is so great, but if a trip is long I'll sometimes settle for plain rice since it doesn't irritate my gut much!

I've only played volleyball a few times, but I definitely prefer playing on sand or grass! it's much softer than a hard gym floor xD

probably both of my favorites movies as a kid, the three lives of thomasina (1963) and a girl of the limberlost (1990) !! both inspired me to love and respect animals and nature. they had a very large influence on me while I was growing up; I'd watch them every year while visiting my grandparents which made them even more special and memorable to me <3

dr. strangelove, casablanca, citizen kane, or psycho, maybe? 0: I've seen a lot of classic or obscure black and white movies since my parents love them, but I can't remember some of their titles //weeps

What habit that others have annoys you most?
chewing with their mouths open or smacking their lips while they eat djfghkfdjghkfds. I have chronic nausea so it actually sickens me to see/hear it, often to the point where I have to leave the room and go lay down to prevent myself from being sick. anything involving eating is a touchy subject for me x.x
