Have you ever stayed awake for an entire night?

yeah, I used to do that pretty often at sleepovers. we'd marathon horror movies and do each others' makeup xD nowadays I can't, though, since lack of sleep makes me incredibly nauseous to the point where if I don't sleep, I will get sick every 15 minutes until I do.

Do you like to walk in a park when you are bored? Which one?

I do <3 there's this small park right around the corner from my house that I used to go to practically every day to just relax and calm down. I won't name it specifically since it's so small and has a lot of identifying features, but it's in an old quarry with a creek running through it. my dad has been telling me a lot of stories about how the park has changed since he first moved here so I hope to go back this spring when I'm feeling up to it to investigate evidence of those old days!

I view it almost as a sacred place, my most personal, safe location. I've been very hesitant to bring people there after two of my previous friends/crushes ruined it for me, bringing their other friends over and actually trashing the place, but now that they're long gone I feel a lot more comfortable there again. I like to just chill with the deer, crows, minnows, crawdads, and tadpoles for a while, wading through the creek, sitting under the pine trees, and exploring the caves on the ciffsides. it's beautifully peaceful there, almost,,,,,ethereal in a way. something so indescribable that you'd have to see it with your own eyes to believe it <3

80s rock music makes me think back to when I was a kid, either out working in the garage with my dad or playing outside while he was doing complicated projects not really safe for kids to help LOL. he always had the radio on while he was doing things. besides old school tunes, drops of jupiter by train was played on the station a lot and became one of my all time favorite songs <3

ooh, good question !! my dad is a programmer so we have a ton of books in our house on various languages and codes. I'd love to learn c, c++, dos batch language, apl, hamilton c shell, java, and javascript in particular since I believe those are the main ones my dad knows, although I'm sure he knows more. whitespace also seems super cool <:

only about an hour or two tbh !! I'd call home every night to talk to my family when my mom and I were away from home, both when we were only a few hours away for a chronic pain management program and when we were over ten hours away in new york to visit my grandmother before she passed.

definitely my cat midnight <3

I came home one random late summer/early autumn day to see or old litterbox in the hallway, so I asked what it was doing out since we'd put it in the basement after our previous cat was put to sleep. that's when my parents just pointed in the kitchen, and I came around the corner to find a little, black kitten lapping at some milk in a bowl. my parents explained that she had been rescued by our neighbors and they had asked if we would adopt her since we had cats previously, and my parents said yes, thinking it would make a great gift for me and could teach me responsibility, patience, etc. I was so thrilled !!!

I remember when we took her into the living room for the first time and she climbed up onto my shoulders. I was so scared, I thought she was going to claw me since she wasn;t declawed like our previous cats were, but she didn't <3 we had an instant connection and she's been by my side ever since, through thick and thin. she's about to turn ten in april and has been the best companion I could ask for, even if she's picky and grumpy sometimes x)

I've been trying to pick up dancing and painting for a little while now, although I had to stop both just when I was getting good from my health issues rip !! I'd also love to learn how to play the piano, but I can't read anything besides alto clef so I'm not sure how well that would go 0:

I love collecting small things like coins, although I've only been outside the united states once so I don't have much foreign money! my dad pretty much has a complete state coin collection at this point so I just kinda collect older coins, wheat pennies, and canadian coins haha

I don't believe in a soul, exactly,,,,,but I do feel like our sentience of our bodies, I guess something similar to a 'soul', is located within our brain?

humans can function without limbs and people can live with missing organs in their abdomens. it's also been proven that animals can live without beating hearts as long as something artificial is in place to pump blood throughout their bodies. that leaves one thing remaining: the brain. our minds. the control center of everything we think, do, feel.

irises, lilacs, lilies, daffodils, and forget-me-nots ? most of these grow in my mom's garden right now, with the exception of lilies, which I used to have as a kid in pots on the front porch. irises and lilies grow at my grandparents house so it's definitely a family tradition to keep them - the irises here were taken from there back in the 90s, I believe, although they haven't been fairing so well in past years.

my favorite candy of all time is russel stover's cookie dough chocolates ??? they come in different shapes depending on the holiday, like eggs, pumpkins, and santas.

I also really like kit kats, ferrero rocher hazelnut chocolates, flan, cereal treat bars (lucky charms, cinnamon toast crunch, trix, etc) and twizzlers mmm
