Today was my first workout for my summer changes plan, i'm 173 cm but I weigh 74 kg :( Bs el7mdllah I walked 7.3 km and burned 530 calories today :D Any suggestions to what to do and how to watch my diet I really wanna lose weight and look fresh by the time we have to go back to school D: Thank you
It's great that you're looking for a change! Just walk/jog daily, and do some exercises and do a sport you like. Sign up to a gym, too! To watch your diet, it's really simple. Stay away from carbonated drinks and drink more water. Don't even drink juice because it loses all its nutrients and benefits after it's been packaged and all that so either drink fresh juice you've JUST made or just simply eat the fruit to get maximum benefits. If you love carbs, then substitute white bread with whole wheat(brown bread), or normal white rice with brown rice, or regular pasta with whole grain pasta. Eat smaller portions and drink 1 glass of water before eating so you're full faster and eat SLOWER. Chew around 20 times then swallow. You'll get full faster that way. For a snack, have some baby carrots or fruits or a couple nuts(A COUPLE). Just remember to make your first meal of the day the biggest(breakfast) and your last(dinner) the smallest.
