I first knew UNAIR from her, and when I saw UNAIR while I was looking for an esteemed public university with an accredited Communication Studies major, I decided to consider it as one my top three choices for PTN.

Well, I got into UNAIR(!!!)
Crazy grateful because I thought I wouldn't pass. Also, veeeeery excited because... Surabaya! Who would've thought? I have never been there😆

I am in no place to share any tips as I myself am struggling with that, too. The fundamental rule is in your question tho. Don't be too reluctant to use your brain to read or think.

Nothing that will come to fruition in the near future. I suggest you to do the opposite (read: do not delay anything important).

I think it's for PEOPLE (not society) to decide whether only one party pays everything or both parties (it's not always a man and a woman who have first dates mind you) split the bill.
If it's me, I will always step in when the bill comes because I don't like the idea of burdening someone with the supposed responsibility to pay. Screw gender roles🏼
Also, for future reference, when we have our first date and you offer to pay, DO NOT say, "Gak apa2 kok, masa cewek yang bayar. Aku kan gentleman,". First and last date, my friend. Goodbye, adieu, 再见. Even if you're hot af.
