Definitely! Not sure if it's because of uni life or what but I'd say being in an university gives you a lot more freedom than schools hahaha

Yup it's different! Nutrigrain is from kelloggs but mighty grain is from Coles (supermarket brand). It's different, mighty is sweeter and crunchier in my opinion

Yup. But they used basmati white rice which werent as nice as jasmine

Did you experience weight gain and bloating when you became a vegan initially? And how Long did it take for your body to become accustomed to the high carb intake?
Nope I lost weight initially because I was eating lesser (when you reduce meat intake, you generally eat less) and at that time my body wasn't used to eating a lot of carbs too so that's why! After awhile my body got used to it and then I started getting hungrier and so my appetite got bigger, and so I started eating more carbs! That was when I started gaining all the weight I lost, on top of that I gained some extra kgs too. I was eating a lot esp. carbs but I just kept going and then my body started getting used to it I think? So I'm maintaining now :)
