Here's what I think about that road now. It's fulfilled its purpose, which was to keep me occupied and entertained with something to do while I idly lived my college life. As soon as I got restricted, it wasn't fun anymore. It was living everyday with stress and anxiety and LOTS of hate messages from people that just assumed that being restricted implies I did something wrong. Now that this mess is starting to clear up, I don't see this game the same way anymore. I originally thought "Wow, this is like the best thing someone's ever shown me besides LoL or Starcraft" then over time it had occurred to me that the still small osu community (relative to other game communities like LoL) stayed small while others grew. That is NOT the fault of the community, in fact there are people actively trying to expand and keep the community alive (like my boi jesus1412). It's simply a matter of who's running the game. In this case, my frustrated can be directed toward how the inner workings of PR and support is handled as well as how isolated peppy seems to keep this game. I have nothing against anyone I had trouble with in support, yes I was furious and frustrated, but they were just doing their job. But what's not cool is the fact that there is ZERO transparency in how they treat their "customers". Because of this, those that are guilty but stubborn will never reform because they will never be told their wrongdoing, also those that truly believe they're innocent can never understand what they did wrong. After 5 months of messaging and waiting for replies the only words I got out of support were "What did you do? Be Honest." followed by a "That answer was not satisfactory." with a rare chance of "We are investigating your issue." It's maddening how they will easily ignore my pleas for transparency and they would always ignore my requests to tell me what I did wrong. Here's the thing, I truly believe with 100% certainty I did nothing wrong, but support knows something I obviously don't and to this day I still have no clue what they were punishing me for. But am I going to do something about this? Probably not, but what I can say is that I'm not going to purchase anymore osu!supporter until something changes so that the system less resembles a dictatorship.
