I don't actually Altaf Hussain, so I can't decide whether it's a defect or a sufficient reason to agree.
But, it always comes down to the guy's personality after all, so it depends on who the guy might be.

He might be different, it's not necessary for him to follow his family's lead, so I'd take the risk.
And even if he marries again, a divorce will happen, I'll get over him and live my life as if he never existed. Problem solved.

I'd go for option two.
But, the thing is, answering this question is a bit tricky. As picking the first option, on an open site, the general public will react negatively thinking the person is selfish, and so he/she would shift to the second option even if it weren't true.
